First commercial ive seen dedicated strictly to us naturals! We have arrived sistas! Dark n Lovely decided it was time to jump on the band wagon. But, Idk if im feeling what this product/commercial is selling. “anti”shrinkage? ?? Elongate your curl????yeah shrinkage is annoying, but i love it! Why cant it just be rock your tight curls and fro , or be something to moisturize our hair or be anti breakage since thats a real struggle we have! Dont get me wrong, Im thrilled to see a commercial for us naturals! But why is it targeted towards thinking we want to elongate or loosen our curls!? Being natural is about loving your hair as is and embracing that beauty! I can understand if your going for a particular look, and need to stretch your hair, but lets not down shrinkage. Shrinkage means your hair is strong and healthy in my opinion, and tells me i dont have any damage. Its the ultimate surprise when you pull your curl or twist and see how long your hair really is then springs back up! LOVE IT SISTAS! All in all thanks Dark n Lovely for recognizing us naturals! Exactly Right I don’t like it when they make something that happens naturally a problem or side effect of being natural not positive at all I think that could put us back to square one in not loving and excepting what is given naturally, just an observation.
